Frites with just about anything are pretty awesome. Most of us know and love Frites of the Steak variety, but Moules (or Mussels) Frites are the lesser know, ugly stepchild to Steak Frites. Poor Moules. In fact, I feel so bad for Moules Frites that I will make it my personal mission to track down a plate next time I'm in NYC.
