Every so often, I get to actually indulge in the very same things which I desire on iwantnow. This time tomorrow, I shall be en route to the Cayman Islands, where I'll be Diddying it up at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. This is the Ritz's 60th and most recent property, opening its doors in December 2005. The 144-acre "haven" includes all the amenities you would expect from the Ritz-Carlton brand: a Greg Norman designed golf course (opening April 2006), a Nick Bolleteri designed tennis center, 5 restaurants, a La Prarie spa, and a bunch of other activities to keep you busy - that is - if you want to keep busy. Me? I'm fine sleeping all day on the beach with a few fruity alcoholic beverages and a pack of Parliments (I'll quit after this trip, I swear!)
