While the Imation Flash wristband serves no deep purpose such as fighting cancer, they are a very convenient and somewhat-fashionable way to take your files with you. Convenient because the wristband (which comes in black or blue) doubles as a 256 MB flash drive; you simply unplug the rubber wristband and plug it directly into your USB port. I say somewhat-fashionable because it only comes in the two colors and the "Imation 256mb" text on the wristband is a bit of a buzz kill. If the people at Imation were smart, they would have partnered with a well known designer to give the wristband a little more fashion cred. For now, dorks like me are just going to have to settle for the verbal abuse that is sure to come with wearing a flash drive around my wrist.
