Wifey and I are trying to close on a house today. When I say "close," you would think I meant everything is in order and all we need to do is pick up the keys. Not so, as there seem to be all sorts of hurdles when you're buying a house these days. This economy is kicking our ass. But I'm hopefull all will go well. And if it does, there is a plethora of useless crap that I will be needing. Like, every "Lovely Day for a Guinness" sign ever made for my bar.
