One of the items on my "things to do before I die" list is to take up golf so that I can hang out with my buddies who swear a round of golf is better than sex. Clearly they haven't had a shag in a few months, but I'd still like to start playing golf since it seems to be one of the few things you can do that is considered exercise and relaxing at the same time. Also, because I am much too out of shape to play any other sport on a regular basis. And also because I need a reason to get a pair of these sweet golf kicks from Puma. Designer Johan Lindeberg took one and a half years to develop the $250 shoes, which will be offered at Puma stores and Puma.com beginning February 2006. During development, Johan worked closely with good friend and fellow Swede Jesper Parnevik, one of many pros who wear the J.Lindeberg golf line. The result is a golf shoe equal parts form and function. And just enough fashion to help you get lucky with that other thing we talked about.
