[booze] voyant chai cream liqueur

Here's an interesting libation for all you international superstars in training. Voyant Chai Cream liqueur combines aged Virgin Island rum, Dutch cream, black tea from India, premium spirits from Holland and a blend of spices from Asia to give it a very worldly edge. Featured in the March 2006 issue of Cargomag, Voyant is described as a "delicious liqueur with the cinnamon, clove, ginger, and vanilla flavors of chai tea." Here's a recipe for those cold winter nights, courtesy of master mixologist Nick Mautone:

[Chocolate Chai]
1 cup hot brewed black tea
1 oz. Voyant Chai Cream liqueur
1 oz. Godiva Liqueur
Whipped cream for garnish
Mint chocolate chips for garnish
